MONTEREY BOARD OF HEALTH MEETING MINUTES
Date: April 23, 2012
Present: Stephen Enoch, Robert Annelli and John Makuc
The meeting began at 4pm
1. The Board reviewed the proposal from Sarah Bankert of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health to assist in the survey design and data analysis for the proposal town nurse position. The Board agreed to go forward with her proposal and M. Noe will confirm that Sarah will attend the May 7th meeting. M. Noe will start compiling a mailing list of medical organizations in our area for the first survey.
2. The Board signed the Berkshire VNA contract for services for FY13.
3. The minutes from 4.2.12 were approved as written.
4. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 7, 2012 at 4pm.
The meeting adjourned at 4:20pm
